Overtone Flute Kit 25mm Bundle — DIY BY BRAS 

All components included in this bundle are also available individually as STL files and physical parts.

The Overtone Flute Kit 25mm Bundle is the complete bundle  to build all the Overtone Flute models.

Designed around standard 25mm and 16mm PVC pipes and interchangeable 3D-printed components, it provides everything needed to build overtone flutes, extended overtone flutes, fujara-style instruments, and a wide variety of experimental wind instruments.

Included: Detailed blueprints and instructions for assembly, and tuning, providing everything needed to build complete instruments and explore your own ideas using standard 25mm and 16mm PVC pipe.

The bundle brings together the core building blocks of the system: Overtone Flute Heads, Mouthpieces, Rings, Sleeves, and Connectors. These parts can be freely combined, modified, and reconfigured to explore countless instrument designs.

IMPORTANT:
The actual diameter of 25mm and 16mm PVC pipes can vary slightly depending on manufacturer and production batch. To ensure compatibility with the widest range of pipes, DIY BY BRAS parts are designed slightly oversized. While our finished instruments are individually adjusted to match our current pipe stock, DIY parts must remain adaptable to many different pipe sources. For optimal performance, an airtight seal is required. Simply wrap transparent adhesive tape around the pipe to create a custom-fit seal before inserting it into the printed part.

This product is available either as 7 Downloadable Digital Files (STL) for self-printing, 9 Ready-to-Use Parts, carefully 3D printed in our workshop and shipped to your home, or 9 Ready-to-Use Parts + 25mm pipe x 8 meters + 16mm pipe x 1 meter, including enough material to build complete instruments and explore your own variations and ideas.
