This digital bundle gives you access to the core designs of the Overtone Flute Kit 25mm system, developed for DIY BY BRAS. It is intended for makers, workshops, schools and musicians equipped with a 3D printer who want to build, explore and customize overtone flute configurations.

Product description
The Overtone Flute Kit 25mm STL Bundle provides everything needed to build and explore the Overtone Flute system through 3D printing.
The included parts allow you to assemble simple overtone flutes as well as more complex fujara-style and indirect blowing configurations, using standard pipes as bodies and air conduct elements.
Designed as an open and flexible system, the Overtone Flute Kit encourages experimentation with airflow paths, pipe lengths and instrument shapes. All parts are fully compatible with each other and with the DIY BY BRAS modular architecture, making it easy to adapt configurations and explore new forms.
Each STL file is optimized for reliable 3D printing and comes with dedicated printing instructions specific to each part. The included blueprints and assembly guide walk you step by step through the building process, while leaving room for personal exploration and custom designs.
Pipe compatibility
– Designed for use with PVC IRL pipes (European standard) – Compatible diameter: 25 mm outside diameter (main body) – Compatible diameter: 16 mm outside diameter (air conduct)
⚠️ Please check your local pipe diameter before printing. If local pipe standards do not match, compatible pipe can be supplied separately.
