The Double Sleeve Connector 100mm is a structural connector designed for the DIY BY BRAS system.

Designed as two Sleeve Connectors combined into a single part, it allows two 100mm pipe sections to be connected while maintaining their alignment and spacing.

The Double Sleeve Connector 100mm is designed to be used together with the U-Connector 180° 100mm, making it possible to build large overtone-style instruments that can be disassembled into shorter sections for easier transport, storage, and assembly.

As part of the DIY BY BRAS system, it can be combined with heads, mouthpieces, rings, sleeves, and other connectors to explore many different instrument designs.

IMPORTANT:
The actual diameter of 100mm PVC pipes can vary slightly depending on manufacturer and production batch. To ensure compatibility with the widest range of pipes, DIY BY BRAS parts are designed slightly oversized. While our finished instruments are individually adjusted to match our current pipe stock, DIY parts must remain adaptable to many different pipe sources. For optimal performance, an airtight seal is required. Simply wrap transparent adhesive tape around the pipe to create a custom-fit seal before inserting it into the printed part.
